How It Works
A structured, transparent process designed to protect your brand, your timeline, and your vision.
Week 1
Everything begins with understanding your brand. In our first consultation — by Line, phone, or in person at our Bangkok studio — we ask about your target customer, the feeling you want the product to evoke, your price point, and your launch timeline.
We also help clients who are still refining their concept. If you know you want a fragrance but aren't sure of the direction yet, we can guide you through a scent direction workshop before moving to formulation.
Weeks 2–3
Our in-house perfumers develop 2–3 initial formulations based on your brief. We work exclusively with IFRA-certified ingredients, including fragrance compounds sourced from Grasse, France. Every formula is documented and tracked internally — your formulation is your intellectual property.
For skincare, our cosmetic chemists formulate based on your chosen product type, target skin concern, and preferred ingredient profile — natural, clinical, or hybrid.
Weeks 3–5
We send physical samples to you for evaluation. This is typically the most iterative stage — scent and texture are subjective, and we expect 1–3 rounds of revision before you reach your approved formula. There is no rush: we hold the samples until you're genuinely happy.
Week 5–6
Once your formula is approved, we handle Thai FDA notification on your behalf. All Cira Group perfume and skincare products are registered or notified under FDA guidelines before production begins. We provide you with documentation as part of the production package.
Weeks 6–10
Production runs at our Bangkok facility with full quality control at each stage. We batch-test for consistency, perform stability checks, and run packaging QC before anything ships. You receive production photos and batch reports upon request.
Week 10–12
Your finished products are delivered to your door or warehouse in Bangkok. For clients launching a new brand, we can also support with photography coordination, product description copy, and distribution channel introductions. We stay involved as long as you need us.
Typical Timeline
From first consultation to product in hand, most projects complete in 10–14 weeks. Complex formulations or custom packaging may extend the timeline — we'll give you a clear estimate at the brief stage.
